About The Author

Mr. Brooks Rathell lives in the Washington DC area, in Prince George’s County, one of the most affluent African American counties in America. Along with his wife Silvia, they are raising their three children. He has worked in the financial industry the past 10 years for several Fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo (the nation’s #1 lender) and Navy Federal Credit Union (one of the world’s largest credit unions). He has helped thousands regarding improving their financial situations, and was trained and certified by the Federal Government Department of HUD in loss mitigation and early delinquency. He comes from a family that owns and operates a nonprofit organization called Gingerbread Land Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This nonprofit organization provides housing, food, spiritual guidance, and clothing to those in destitute situations. Brooks and his family studied under Senior Pastor Ron Libby at Christian Life Center in llamas, Maryland for seven years. They currently serve at Cross Creek Apostolic Church in Beltsville, Maryland. @BrklynFS
