Overview
The Fasting Way to Health is a diet plan based on intermittent fasting. It is a compilation of intermittent fasting schedules titrated over a 3 -month period put in easy-to-understand terms. It includes food lists for main meals and snack ideas, the basic concepts of intermittent fasting and research information that supports all of the benefits of intermittent fasting outside of weight loss and maintenance. There is also a chart to monitor weights and it includes our IV infusions from Alpha Infusions by Jim May FNPc that help with energy and weight loss.
