Description
This easy to understand, illustrated ebook describes the components of effective walk-throughs and the most effective ways to use them to identify opportunities for improving and measuring the effectiveness of staff development efforts. Whether or not a teacher’s behavior is reinforced or improved depends on how far the observed data makes it through the feedback loop. This book explains in detail how to build, conduct and analyze classroom observations as well as how eWalk® automates the process and makes it easy to derive trends and central tendencies from your completed observations.
