An English major from UC Davis, Leila honed her craft as the president of a fiction writing club, designing activities and leading workshops to foster creativity and writing skills. Inspired by authors like Stephen King and Shirley Jackson, as well as classic creature feature films, Leila's work is infused with a dark, eerie, and suspenseful atmosphere. Her debut novel, "The Challenge at the Carmichael Mansion", is a testament to her love for horror and her ability to create realistic and strong characters who face their fears in the most challenging circumstances.
