"The Cast Out Stars of the Sky" is a tale of how the rejected celestial bodies in the sky became the celebrated stars of the sea.

Stefanie Kate writes poetry and children's stories. She published her first illustrated book for children entitled, "The Bird and the Worm," an entry piece for a Storytelling Festival held in Qatar. Her interest and fascination with eco diversity inspired her to write her second book, "The Cast Out Stars of the Sky," a story about the many hued starfishes of the sea. She is busy with the completion of a compilation of original folktale-inspired stories to be released next year.
