About the author


Stefanie Kate writes poetry and children's stories. She published her first illustrated book for children entitled, "The Bird and the Worm," an entry piece for a Storytelling Festival held in Qatar. Her interest and fascination with eco diversity inspired her to write her second book, "The Cast Out Stars of the Sky," a story about the many hued starfishes of the sea. She is busy with the completion of a compilation of original folktale-inspired stories to be released next year.
