The Bootstraps of my Life
The Bootstraps of my Life is the story of my life. I started as a child looking for my bootstraps and only found buckles or zippers. As I grew into a teenager and older, I realized what my grandmother meant about pulling up your bootstraps. When I became a mother, I really realized how God worked in my life. My faith was strong and I have always believed in Jesus Christ since I was a young child. My mother would read me Bible stories and taught me to pray. I believe that On the Solid Rock I stand. All other ground is sinking sand. God walks with me and talks with me every day all the way.

I hope while reading this book, the reader will find inspiration and faith in God. I know how He has blessed my life and know the plan for my life is held by Him. All things happen in His time and not in mine. I thank Him every morning for a new day. In the evening I find peace in thanking Him for the blessings of the day. I used to say "Oh, that was certainly that was a co-incident; now I refer to the happenings as God incidents.
