Description
The Book of BIG Questions is a must-have children's book for free-thinking parents. It is meant to encourage discussion between adults and kids about the biggest questions in life, such as: Where did we come from? Does God exist? What are we made of? What is good and what is evil? The Book of BIG Questions takes on these big questions through short conversations between young animals and their adult mentors. The book features delightful and colorful illustrations of creatures from around the world, including sloths, seahorses, manatees, giraffes, and many more! The Book of BIG Questions also teaches children about different kin-ships, like mother and daughter; father and daughter; and grandmother and grandson.
About the author
Maha Kamal, Esq. is an attorney who specializes in family law. She also has a background in international criminal law and enjoys lecturing about the subject to (slightly older) kids from time to time. More importantly, she loves to draw, paint, and sketch on paper, canvas, and computer screens! Ever since she was young, she’s asked really BIG questions about life, our planet Earth, and the Universe. Maha was born and raised in Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder for her undergraduate degree, where she majored in international affairs with a specialization in Western European politics and Spanish. She attended the University of Denver for law school. She is currently based out of Denver with her two cats, Frances the Kitten and Mikail. This is her first children’s book.
