Overview
On the second day of her greatest journey from home, Princess Sharman finds herself floating in a hostile ocean, her ship set on fire by sea raiders. On the second day of the spring moon, Thand finds himself saving the life of the strange girl clinging to a sea chest. First joined by chance, then by a common goal, they battle the evil Lord Creedy with potions and spells to determine their future —enslavement or freedom.
Description
When Thand saved Princess Sharman, a drowning girl from the sea, he could have never imagined how the encounter would start a revolution. Unable to return home Thand offers Princess Sharman a place to live with his family in the village of Elingale. Soon the princess learns that they live a primitive and uneducated life. Knowing that education would improve their lives, she teaches them to read and write. But education is forbidden by the evil land-owner, Lord Creedy and when he learns of their defiance, he seeks to destroy Princess Sharman and punish the Elwins. This leads to an epic rebellion that is fought with men, magic and wizards’ spells. The only possible outcome—Freedom or enslavement.
