The Ballad of Spirits and Leopards

A once great kingdom, reduced to illiteracy... After a mighty war against its neighboring species, all of the human's books were taken in the resulting peace treaty. The younger generation, those born in the following twelve years, had never seen a book in their lives. A single exception to this travesty lived in the small village of Lento. Her name was Lekara Vinerko, a girl with ambitions to join a group of elite warriors called the Leopards. However, she has a secret. Lekara is too young to join this prestigious group. Regardless, she does so anyways and must protect her secret at all costs. Can she protect this secret and fulfill her dreams? Or will the challenges presented to her lead her deeper than she ever anticipated?
