Bob Morrison—Nashville Songwriter
Bob Morrison was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and moved to Nashville to pursue a musical career. He is an award-winning songwriter with chart-toppers for singers such as Kenny Rogers, Reba McEntire, Barbara Mandrell, Olivia Newton-John, and the Oak Ridge Boys.
A lifelong athlete, Bob has always been ready to learn new ways to improve his performance Bob’s serious investigation into health and aging, however, began with first-hand experiences of the failures in the medical establishment. Realizing there is much we cannot control with our bodies, Bob spent the next several years studying and practicing to learn what he could control. The result is this book, “The Aging Train”.
And, of course, he regularly prescribes two important things for health and happiness: Music and Laughter!
Bob retired in 2005, and now plays a lot of golf, writes songs, and has a Siberian Husky and a rescue dog named “JimBob” that he walks faithfully daily. His active lifestyle, nutrition and a keen awareness of good choices in his exercise regime have led him to the passion of sharing what he has learned. He wants to world to know that you too can STOP The Aging Train. Give it a try!
