Description
Young Billy Bison is learning that life in the Lamar Valley of Yellowstone National Park is not easy. He must learn to live with snowstorms and swim across a turbulent river. With the help and protection of his mother, Billy faces these trials and learns to survive. The book is based on actual events and observations by the author, and the story is told using her own photographs. Billy Bison will bring a bit of the wild to those children unable to watch wildlife in a natural setting, and will bring back wonderful memories to those families who have visited the National Park.
