About The Author

Author

Erin Kennedy is an author and native Long Islander who grew up around the water but found a deeper appreciation of the ocean and our bay after marrying her husband. She shares her love of the ocean, and the energy, peace, and comfort it brings with her family.

She originally wrote 'Sweet Dreams, Little Sailor' when her oldest was just a toddler, it has been a long journey bringing this story to life, but she is overjoyed that artist Liz Paratore was able to creates illustrates that allow the reader to be immersed in a water based dreamland.

Illustrator

Liz Paratore is a Massachusetts native who relocated to Long Island after graduating college.  Since settling on the south shore of Long Island, Liz has focused on expanding her career as an artist with the support and love of her husband and two children.
