Overview

This is the long book.

At twenty-three I lost my father, broke my leg, lost my job, and lived a year below the poverty line. I took notes for ten years. Those notes became this 444-page personal growth success manual.

Part one explains what a workable life is made of. Part two is the work: lessons and exercises for purpose, happiness, health, love, and wealth, then a training section you can return to. Read five pages a day. Skip any lesson you do not need. I wrote it to be reread once a year.

Description

What is inside this life mastery book:

  • Four questions to ask every day before you add another goal
  • Purpose and goal lessons you can break into daily chunks
  • Happiness and worry drills, including a write-it-down process for fear
  • Health practices: breath, sleep, movement, and simple food math — not a doctor’s book
  • Relationship and communication drills for work and home
  • Wealth and work lessons, including how to review what is working

This book is a binder of drills, not a promise that belief alone will pay the rent. If you want the 84-page starter with the Wheel of Values, start with How To Find the Good Life. If you want the full notes and exercises, this is Successful Life Mastery: The Art of Becoming.
