About the author

Mark Vincent is the founder and a Director of Insight Plus, a boutique consultancy specialising in facilitation, mediation and executive education. Insight Plus has worked with clients in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Germany. His clients have included BHP Billiton, Australia Post, Royal Australian Air Force, Boeing Defence, Royal Australian Flying Doctor Service, Toyota Motor Corporation of Australia, Boral Ltd, KPMG, Moore Stephens Australia, Queensland Law Society, Institute of Internal Auditors Australia, CEO Institute.

Margot de Groot has been practising law for over 30 years. She is a Notary Public, a graduate of Harvard Business School’s OPM program and founder of de Groots wills and estate lawyers, a specialist legal practice with offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. As a mother of two children (now adults), work/life balance has been an ongoing challenge. It has led her to look at ways to maximise effectiveness in her professional life
