Description
Edward - a lonely retired magician stared into the curio cabinet containing his late wife's collection of snowmen. That's when he got the idea to create a family that he could share his secrets with. With the help of a friend, he sponsors a snowman contest where the seven teams created three snowmen, one snowwoman, two snow kids and a snow dog. Edward enchants them all with special metals given out at the end of the contest. He had filled these metal with names and talents that he picked for them.
About the author
Regina spent her childhood in Chicago at a time when learning handicaps like - Dyslexia - weren't understood. That affected her life in many ways. But then, a good friend of hers started to work in Special Education, eventually helping Regina understand more about dyslexia and why her brain worked differently. That was the turning point. From then on Regina played to her strengths while learning how to work with her weaknesses. She developed a prolific career working with renowned costume designer Jef Billings in Los Angeles - they won an Emmy in 2004. It was Jef's snowman collection that inspired Regina's Snowville story.
