"Smile, Save, and Succeed" is a personal financial management guide for teens, young adults, and parents. This book is derived in part from Sybil's life experiences and conversations she's had with young people regarding their feelings on personal financial management.

"Smile, Save, and Succeed" is designed to help teens, young adults, and parents think about their financial futures. The author's goal is to help readers think about their goals and dreams, develop a strategy to make them reality, understand the importance of personal financial management, and focus on developing a well-rounded life. Sybil Grissett wants to equip people with the spirited initiative to focus on their financial futures and encourage them to follow through with tasks when times are challenging.

Sybil Grissett believes in a realistic approach to financial literacy and is a steadfast believer in knowledge being essential for success. At an early age, her parents introduced her to concepts of personal financial management. She is a lifelong learner who holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from the University of North Florida. She also completed leadership training at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Her career began as a Hospital Accountant, and she later worked for the federal government for 32 years. She has proudly worked as a certified fraud examiner, a certified master financial coach, an entrepreneur, an educator, an adjunct professor, an auditor, a community development specialist, a financial analyst, a senior account executive, and a community volunteer.
