About The Author


Martha Trice was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is an accomplished singer and pianist, At 19 years old she toured the country performing with one of the first Contemporary Christian Music groups, The Spurlows. She and her husband, Robbie were members of the CCM group, Kinfolk through the 70's. She went on to become the first soprano for the PTL Singers and was a featured soloist on the worldwide Inspirational Network. Martha has been a featured speaker at many women's retreats and events. She has been teaching piano and voice for 30 years. She currently has 30 students, She is also a licensed realtor and serves in the North Florida area with her son, Travis as The Trice Team at 904 Realty. She and Robbie reside in Jacksonville and have one son, Travis, a daughter-in-law, Jessica and 3 grandchildren, Evan, Juliet and Toby.

In 2016 Martha was diagnosed with breast cancer. I woke up every morning and began to write what was on her heart. It was important for her to reflect on the many experiences when God spoke to her and walked her through her life's journey. As she did, the messages continued flowing from her pen. As she found herself being encouraged by these thoughts and stories, she soon realized that they were taking the form of a devotional that she could share with others who were going through similar challenges.
