Quote Unquote IV

A Teacher's Lesson

By Kenya K. Dryden

Overview

Quote Unquote- A Teacher's Lesson is a book of quotes to help encourage others to become the best version of themselves as they continue to walk on this journey called life. To develop into your greatest self and reach your maximum potential, you must be willing to learn daily, even while teaching. The only optimal path to becoming the best version of oneself is through transformation. We avoid change and evolution when we are unwilling to adapt to what is new. A teacher's lesson is about evolving, expanding, and pushing our personal boundaries to achieve our desired improvements. When we begin to make those changes in our lives, the fruits of our labor manifest. While change is never easy, it is always essential. Decide to adapt to changing circumstances and situations, as well as the recognition that you will never stop learning and evolving. The only way for us to transform our beliefs about what we know into knowledge based on our experiences is to keep learning and evolving.

Description

Quote Unquote- A Teacher's Lesson is a book of quotes to help encourage others to become the best version of themselves as they continue to walk on this journey called life. Everyone is a teacher, whether they are teaching themselves or others. It is our choice what we teach one another, and we must be conscious and careful about the teachings we represent because of our choices. The sooner we understand our choices, the more equipped we will be to freely learn from one another. Both teaching and learning are purposeful efforts that must be tailored to match our own perspectives. This means that, when we engage in the process of teaching and learning from one another and must account for individual differences. My personal experience of a teacher's lesson enables all people to shape and turn the information provided into something useful for both their current and future development. It is my sincere desire for every person to know what it feels like to be present and saturated in their own "AHA" moments as they learn, while also allowing change to happen naturally as they become a better version of themselves. Let us not allow our unwillingness to change to prevent us from learning the lessons that have been assigned to us.
