About the author
Karima Davis is a self-published author of children's books and the owner of One Day Publications, LLC. As a first generation American raised in the Washington D.C. area, Karima attended Stone Ridge Sacred Heart School in Bethesda, Maryland from first grade through twelfth grade. She graduated from Trinity College in Washington D.C. with a bachelor's degree in economics. After a successful career owning a marketing consulting business, Karima left the workforce to focus on motherhood. Karima, her husband, and their five children have had the pleasure of residing in five states across the U.S. including Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, Indiana, and Colorado. Karima's love for writing Children's literature comes from the many hours she spent reading to her own children and grandchildren. Watching their creative minds develop inspired Karima to put pen to paper in bringing their imagination to life in her own books.
