Description
Obie is a very friendly black dog with a mind of her own and a very big appetite for dog cookies. Both Obie and Tessie the cat live with their owner, Katy, who goes off to work and leaves them at home to take a nap until she returns. However, Obie has a very different idea about how she'll spend her day!
Obie has many friends living in the neighborhood and friends who visit the neighborhood. All of her friends seem to know certain things about her, but does Katy?? Obie seems to be having the last laugh, or perhaps we should say the last burp!
