The Text, Music, Tableaux and Stage Sets, the Theatre, and the key people who direct, design and perform the Play. Ray Goodburn is an ordained pastor who served parishes and as a teacher of religious education. Latterly he has worked for a specialist tour operator, accompanying groups to Austria, Germany, Italy, Israel and Jordan, Turkey, Greece and several other countries besides. He has attended several Passion Play series in Oberammergau and carried out extensive research on the ground, all of which is reflected in this book.
