About the author
David M. White is a veteran of 3 marathons (New York City, Bermuda, and Harrisburg, PA) and 44 half marathons. He has won awards at various road and trail racing distances, and earned USA Track & Field recognition as a Masters All-American in the 5k, 5-mile, 10k and Half Marathon events.
