Overview

My Pen, My Thoughts is a collection of poems written by Natarsia Joye over the last 25+ years. While these poems were solely written for private expression, she was encouraged to share her words. In these pages you will find selections that will frustrate you, anger you, offend you, cause you to question your beliefs and reflect upon your life and that of others. Most of the poems are published as they were originally written over those years.

Description

My Pen, My Thoughts consists of six (6) sections: Insecurity, Courage, Living in America, Love (Myself & Others), Romance / Intimacy (Myself & Others) and Too Black Too Strong. This book contains adult language and explicit content.

About the author
Natarsia Joye was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. She began writing at the age of 9 when her parents gave her a diary to express her thoughts and feelings. Over the years her writing expanded to short stories and poetry, her greatest passion.
