About The Author


Mary Elise Monsell authored a total of ten children's books, which were issued in several languages and reprints. Her Mr. Pin mystery series, an IRA/CBC Children's Choice, was developed into a children's musical in Chicago. Her Underwear book has become a classic. Mary has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Northwestern and a master's degree in teaching. She has given writing workshops to over 50,000 children and adults, along with being a public school teacher.
