About The Author


Elizabeth Hamm is a mother, wife, Doctor of Optometry, and a former NCAA gymnastics champion on the balance beam. Hamm grew up in a rural area of Waukesha, Wisconsin. She completed an English degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Vision Science and Optometry degrees at Nova Southeastern University. Hamm is the older sister of Olympic gymnasts: Morgan Hamm and Paul Hamm, and much of her childhood was spent pursuing her dreams.
