This book is a journey of life moments, feelings, and spiritual connection. It includes the profound courage of those who fight for our country, the times of life that we all withstand, and moments and memories that make each of us who we are. It is the hope of the writer to say thank you to all those who serve, and have served, and to give some meaning to what this life journey is.

Janice M. Keith was born in New York, she graduated from The High School of Music & Art with an art degree. Moving upstate she enjoyed doing pastels of horses and dogs and won some ribbons at local fairs. Just painting was not enough though, and the desire to write began. Eventually, she submitted one to Leatherneck Magazine, the magazine of the Marines, and it was published. Those poems for the military are close to her heart, and to her, the most meaningful. Her desire is to paint a picture with words, something the reader can feel as well as see. All the moments of life are unique and special to each person, a Moment and a Memory.
