Managing Your Emotional and Spiritual Wellbeing

A social worker by profession in Gauteng, South Africa and has been working in the field of counselling both in government and cooperate sector. With more than eight years of counselling experience, Caroline specializes in relationship, marriage counselling, and employee wellness assistance in areas of substance, personal and social issues affecting work performance. After recommitting herself to the Lord in 2003 she has strived to work excellently as a Christian counsellor and make an impact in areas of relationship, marriage and parenting. She served under the ministry of Pastor Themba Manana at Let's Go To Glory (LGTG) worship centre for 8 years, where she did most of Christian counselling, working in children’s ministry and mentoring young couple entering into marriage. She and her husband (Mac Mofihli) also served under the leadership and mentorship of Dr G.A Lechuti for three years and continue to receive guidance on spiritual and personal development from him. Caroline continues to support her husband in his ministry and raising their two daughters. She is an author of Managing your emotions and spiritual wellbeing; A guide for parents and God Help! I am having a baby: a prayer journal for enjoying pregnancy and your baby that will be released in 2015. She continous to run her private practice as a social worker and working in a wellness industry, however, when she is not writing, Caroline enjoys spending time with family and friends.
