About the author


Dennis W. Rhoades is a South Carolina author of science fiction, fantasy and young adult novels. He also writes nonfiction and lectures on health and wellness topics. His writing career began in fifth grade with a space ranger graphic novel series, continuing with short stories through high school, undergraduate college, and medical school. Trained in Osteopathic Medicine, he has practiced Family Medicine in several states along the East Coast. He is currently the Medical Director along the East Coast for a national urgent care company. When not working his day job, Dennis writes for the enjoyment of telling a story. He reads anything with words, and has a special love for science fiction, fantasy, alternative medicine, and paranormal studies. If he has the day off, you can find him typing in front of his computer, a cup of coffee on the desk with his Yorkie and Schnoodle at his feet.
