About the author

Chef Natalie Norman has always loved the culinary arts, a talent she inherited from her grandmother, who already owned a café. While Chef Natalie initially went to college for medical billing, she quickly decided that she had to pursue what she was naturally gifted at and loved. She knew the work would be hard, but she felt she couldn't lose — she knew her daughter Keierah, her "Princess" was depending on her. Armed with determination and passion, she went on and enrolled at the Art Institute of Houston. Chef Natalie was an honor graduate with a degree in culinary arts. She met her business partner Chef Blyth Steele at Orientation and they have been friends ever since. Chef Natalie has worked at restaurant services and catering in and around the Houston area.
