Description

Raw. Honest. Unapologetically human.

In this deeply personal collection of journal-style entries, Kahmiya McField shares the inner world of a young Black queer woman navigating life’s toughest battles — family dysfunction, depression, identity, and the ache of feeling unseen.

Each page reads like a letter to the world — or maybe to herself — that she never meant for anyone to see, but somehow, you’ll feel like they were written for you.

If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t belong… if you’ve ever battled storms in silence… if you’ve ever tried to love yourself in a world that didn’t make it easy — this book is your mirror.

This is for the outcasts. The dreamers. The ones healing in private.

These are the letters you never got — and the ones you didn’t know you needed.

About The Author

Kahmiya McField is a Black queer writer whose voice is both raw and restorative. A survivor of deep emotional valleys — depression, trauma, and family struggle — she writes with unfiltered honesty and heart.

Her debut work, Letters Unwritten, is a journal-style journey through the pain, growth, and self-discovery that shaped her. Through her words, Kahmiya speaks directly to those who feel unheard — creating space for healing, reflection, and radical self-love.

When she’s not writing, she’s dreaming of bigger days, healing out loud, and refusing to stay silent about the things that matter most.
