Overview
The stories in my book describe inner feelings that I have experienced and deeply contemplated. Through this creative expression, my stories reveal compassion and insight. I am honored to share my thoughts with anyone who is interested in a new prospective. You should also know that I come from a long line of "pasta gathers" who have their weekly seances around and over a bowl of angel hair pasta, tomato sauce, meatballs, and sausage. So leave your troubles in your pasta! You'll feel refreshed, revitalized, consoled, and loved. Harmony will emerge, and you will be ready to meet new challenges with a positive view of all your life's experiences. Lee Powell (Editor) "I very much enjoyed the humor and philosophical outlook you included in your stories."

About the author
This inspirational new book will be added to my credit as a writer. My stories have been published in my community's monthly magazine for over seven years. I am a professional musician who has played on TV and movie soundtracks as a drummer and percussionist. I have worked, recorded, and performed with many top singers in the entertainment business such as Frank Sinatra, Broadway shows, and symphony orchestras for over 60 years. I have Bachelors and Masters degrees from Manhattan School of Music. I also earned a Masters Degree in School Counseling from Loyola University and have worked in school counseling for 20 years. I have a diversified amount of experience working with top professional musicians, composers, and conductors plus years of teaching and counseling students of all ages from elementary school, junior high, and college. As a teacher and mentor, I taught my students to believe in and love themselves, set their goals, and work towards their chosen field. Many of them have gone on to very notable universities and have built successful careers. Along the way, I discovered one of my gifts was telling stories. My students' families and my friends would ask me to tell them a new funny story that I would usually make up on the spot.
