Overview
Understanding personality differences and similarities and being able to assess and facilitate emotional maturity are core competencies vital to a sane, productive, happy environment. Unfortunately, they are too often non-existent. Dr. Morler's award winning, Leading an Empowered Life* offers an elegant means to do so. It is the first to integrate two powerful models of motivation: the Enneagram of Personality and the Levels of Emotional Maturity. The synergistic result offers a whole new level of transformational potential, individually and organizationally. Cross-cultural, cross-gender, and cross-context, this integrated model has been implemented and evaluated internationally, from Beijing to Budapest. It has proven invaluable in virtually all human communication contexts, from therapy and coaching to sales and negotiation to management and leadership development. *Best Psychology Book, NABE Pinnacle Achievement Book Awards; Best Self-Help Book, Eric Hoffer Book Award; Best Personal Growth Book, BAIPA Best Book Awards
