Toni (Antoinette) Amos is a trainer, internationally renowned speaker, author, and co-founder of Ragan & Amos Consulting which specializes in Cultural Competency and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Ms. Amos holds a Master of Arts degree in Social and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology of Deviance. Her area of expertise is in the interconnectivity of factors impacting social behavior.
