About the author

Kristen Peralta is the Executive Director of Vintage Pet Rescue, a retirement home for senior dogs in Rhode Island. Vintage Pet Rescue was founded in 2017 and since then they have rescued over 600 senior and special needs dogs. Kristen lives in Rhode Island with her husband, Marc, and 25 senior dogs.

Robbin Lynch has been an artist/designer for over 20 years. She has an online company called ballandcookie.com where she designs and sells dog-themed home goods and apparel such as matching dog/person hoodies. She has been a volunteer at Vintage Pet Rescue for several years.
