'It's Not Over With, It's Just the Beginning' is a first person view of the Vietnam War. Louie Hernandez starts with his childhood. The reader sees the experiences that molded him into the man who would join the service and fight for his country. We travel with Louie as he learns how to live with the choices he had to make and how he helps his fellow veterans, many of whom are still holding the line against physiological trauma. The Vietnam War is a defining moment in American history. Here we see the moment from a floor side seat. What drove those brave men who fought for us in Vietnam? What did we ask them to do there?
