Description

Playing with Legos, practicing the piano, reading a book, and painting pictures are just a few of the many creative and fun activities the little girl whose name begins with a D enjoys.  Because she eats good food, she is healthy and enjoys all these activities and so many more.  Her parents make sure the food she eats is nutritious and delicious.  They prepare chicken, broccoli, vegetables, pasta, cheeses, fruits, milk, and she eats everything.  No food is disdained.  The illustrations are colorful and vibrant and display food and all the fun activities the little girl enjoys.  The joy of playing and being interested in so many activities would not be possible unless a child has a healthy and nutritious amount of food.  The book encourages parents to prepare and serve healthy foods and encourages children to eat a variety of nutritious meals.
