About the author
Jonathan D. Plaut has litigated more than 1,500 cases in several states and abroad and is corporate counsel for numerous companies. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York and is the Chair of the Business Law Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Jonathan served as a criminal prosecutor for Norfolk County, Massachusetts and clerked for Superior Court and Federal judges. He has taught law courses at Tufts University and Boston College, and taught Japanese language at several schools. Jonathan plays rhythm guitar, bass guitar and viola and is the lead singer for the rock band, Jane's Great Dane (JanesGreatDane.com).
