One of the animated descriptors from the book describes the personality of a medium to full body white varietal: “I come with an easy attitude as I’m hardy and a neutral balance with minimal needs. I am comfortable and confident in my skin...”.  As well, the book provides tips for pairing foods in a whimsical and creative manner. The book encourages readers to sit back, relax, pour, swirl, sniff and sip while making new discoveries about wine varietals and uncovering which wine’s personality is most like them.
