About the author
Rob enjoys an adventure and this probably explains how he has journeyed from being a swashbuckling, equestrian falconer and professional actor to being an author, educator and coach, passing through the corporate world on the way. He has travelled extensively and worked in Los Angeles, Dallas and Sri Lanka, as well as in the UK and currently runs SuperHumans, which helps people achieve personal excellence in mind and body. Rob lives in Worcestershire, in the heart of England.
