About the author
Rob enjoys an adventure and this probably explains how he has journeyed from being a swashbuckling, equestrian falconer and professional thespian to being an author, lecturer, and educational mentor, passing through the corporate world on the way. He has travelled extensively and worked in Los Angeles, Dallas and Sri Lanka, as well as in the UK and currently runs The Posture Academy, which helps people reduce stress, anxiety and back pain through posture training. Rob is married and lives in the glorious city of Worcester, England with his wonderful partner and two beautiful pug dogs.
