About the author
Rich Rosamilia has an extensive range of real-world experience in a career spanning four decades. He has created multiple branded concepts and directed construction of restaurants, bars, grab and go's, and popular franchise brands in major airports and on the street. Rich has been deeply imbedded in the food and beverage industry and had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the U.S., Caribbean, and Europe. Along with owning his own restaurants, he was a multi-unit chain executive and has worked closely with many restaurant concession management professionals and owners, negotiating and launching very successful airport profit centers. He has spent considerable amounts of time with designers, architects, and contractors planning and orchestrating sizable and detailed presentations for restaurant development. Knowing the food and beverage business has a historically high rate of failure, and having a passion for the business, he shares critical must-know information that will help others put the odds in their favor for success. Additionally, Rich shows that there are many categories of the business where people need to eat, and this presents significant opportunity. Always enjoying helping others, he has assembled valuable and insightful information for restaurant entrepreneurs.
