Description

"If I expect miracles, I get them. By opening my mind to the endless possibilities of life, I guarantee that I will experience all the good that's mine by right. We do have a right to happiness, you know. I wish everyone would realize that." This quote from Edna Tilghman Larson, the author's grandmother, forms the foundation of her attitude on life. Healing From a Grandmother's Heart is a joyous, spiritual journey, one that shows a path to a deeper, more heartfelt experience of life. Edna, an extraordinarily gifted woman, was a healer and herbalist with knowledge of the keys to happiness in this life - and it's simpler than you might think. Her understanding of both human nature and Mother Nature form the basis of her practical yet magical work, which is based not only on a close connection to the natural world around her, but an innate understanding of the human experience as well. Healing From a Grandmother's Heart combines Edna's words, wisdom and knowledge with the author's modern practicality, creating a book that is warm, inviting and potentially life-changing.
