About The Author

Andy Bernot began his career in the low voltage industry in 1982 as a hardwire fire and Security sales engineer in the North East Ohio market. In the following 8 years he mastered strategic selling and became team leader for his organization that achieved market dominance and national recognition. From 1991 through 2018 Andy held General Management and Regional Director positions throughout the United States. In 2014 Andy founded Bernot Best Consulting with the vision of helping clients be the best they can be. His work is focused on developing the individual's personal leadership power, business acumen, strategic planning and leadership skills.
