Description

Some seasons of life ask more of us than we ever expected. Whether you are navigating loss, change, uncertainty, or simply the quiet ache of feeling stuck, gratitude can become the thread that leads you back to yourself. This warm and encouraging exploration takes you on a journey through meaningful daily gratitude practice — one that goes far deeper than a list of things to be thankful for. Using the alphabet as a gentle framework, each day invites you to explore a quality that supports a more mindful, grounded, and present way of living. From the very first letter to the last, the journey moves through 26 doorways, each one offering reflection, encouragement, and a fresh way of seeing the world around you. This book does not ask you to pretend everything is fine. It meets you where you are — in the middle of the hard days, the in-between seasons, and the moments when hope feels just out of reach. With a tone that is honest, compassionate, and encouraging, it gently guides you toward a way of living that notices beauty, chooses presence, and finds something worth holding onto even in difficulty. Whether you are new to mindfulness or returning to a practice you once loved, this book offers a path forward — one letter, one day, one small shift at a time.
