Grandes Dreamers proudly highlights the life, journey, impressive careers and groundbreaking milestones of goal-driven Latina women born in the United States of America during the twenty and twenty-first centuries. Each one of these high achievers demonstrate in different ways how they have proudly embraced their biculturalism, heritage and ancestry in their home country where diversity is encouraged and acknowledged more than ever in this new century. Too, we see how these bold women accepted with pride, pain, dignity and resilience, the adversity and challenges faced along the way by Latinos: the first minority in the States. These powerful and heartfelt stories will not only impact and empower young girls and boys from all walks of life, but they will also touch and enlighten the lives of women across the world who will surely identify, relate and feel proud of the personal achievements and professional contributions made by these extraordinary women in the areas of sports, journalism, science, aviation, activism, politics, airspace, arts, and literature.
