Jim has experienced intensely realistic dreams for as long as he can remember. But when he dreams about murdering a man in cold blood, a mystery unfolds that takes Jim right to the scene of the crime, where he discovers shocking truths with the potential to forever change his life. A successful career as a Wall Street stock broker hasn't done anything to help Jim escape from the things he sees when he's asleep. In a desperate bid for help, he turns to a psychologist, Dr. Linda Welch. But when Linda realizes that it was the murder of her uncle, Dr. Livingston, that Jim saw in his dream, she realizes that the events of Jim's dreams happen in a world that extends far beyond his subconscious. In an effort to solve the mystery behind the dreams and find the murderer, Jim and Linda decide to team up and travel to Ohio where the murder took place. But their journey sets them on a collision course with a powerful consortium intent on covering up the work of their former associate, the late Dr. Livingston. Will they be able to take on the consortium and keep Dr. Livingston's experiments from happening to other people? Or will they fall victim to it themselves?
