Description
Ever feel "hangry"? Or get hopped up on sugar, only to crash hard? This inspiring children's book can help kids and grownups alike make the connection between food and feelings. FOOD MOODS was inspired by a young son's meltdown, and a mother's realization that he just needed a snack. FOOD MOODS helps kids become more aware of their emotional states and make healthy food choices. It reminds us all to "eat a rainbow" of fresh fruits and vegetables each day. This irreverent take on our various moods, and the memorable rhymes describing them, are brought to life by bright and bold illustrations that will keep both little ones and their grownups engaged, and help guide healthier food choices for better emotional self-regulation.
