Living in such a fast paced society, who has time to spend hours cooking in the kitchen? Not to mention that many of us have only a vague idea of what food is good and what is unhealthy. I believe that having an accessible, quick, and convenient resource will help a lot of people make better decisions when it comes to eating healthy. My mission is to help the average person to deal with their hectic lives and to find a balance of fitness and nutrition while educating them on what’s healthy and what’s unhealthy.” Brandon Daniel
