Did anyone else turn thirty and wonder the following: What have I done with my life up until now? When I look around, I seem to only notice what I haven't accomplished by the end of 29.
My life is over because it is not set up exactly how I pictured it would be at this stage in the game.
I'm a failure because I'm not on the same level as them when it comes to... etc., etc., etc.
I wish I shoulda, coulda, woulda... I regret... blah blah blah…
In this book you will learn to understand that you are worthy of celebration. Your traumatic experiences do not define who you are as a person or whom you are meant to become.
You are exactly where you need to be and the rest is history.
