Dr. Nour Z. Suid is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Serenity Wellness & Counseling, based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Dr. Suid is passionate about mental health advocacy, community healing, and ending the stigma surrounding mental illness in the Caribbean.

Through her work as a therapist, educator, and writer, she has dedicated her career to helping others heal emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Her approach combines compassion, cultural understanding, and evidence-based practices to guide individuals toward balance, resilience, and peace.
